Ontwerp: prof. L.O. Wenckebach.<\/p>\n<p>Markt 7 is het historische stadhuis (raadhuis) van Goedereede, een negentiende-eeuwse gebouw dat als rijksmonument is ingeschreven. De plaquette bevat naast de bekende bevrijdingstekst ook een verwijzing naar Jesaja 33:1, een bijbeltekst die in de wederopbouwperiode vaker op oorlogsmonumenten voorkomt als symbool van hoop na verdrukking. Ontwerper prof. L.O.
